Accurate diagnosis is not about a single test — or even a series of tests. Accurate diagnosis follows the integration and synthesis of carefully curated investigations by a single experienced specialist consultant. Our assessment integrates four complementary dimensions:
- Cognitive — detailed clinical consultation and advanced cognitive testing
- Structural — high-resolution brain imaging using 3 Tesla MRI
- Molecular — Alzheimer disease biomarker testing including plasma p-tau217
- Functional — specialist functional imaging where clinically appropriate
